REFUND POLICY

 RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or lost/stolen packages.

Refunds will only be issued if you receive the wrong item or if your item arrives damaged.

If you were sent the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If you would like to request a size exchange, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

- Photos if item is damaged

 UNDELIVERABLE OR

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is undeliverable or unclaimed, it may be returned to us by the shipping carrier.

Once returned, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like reshipment or cancellation.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with all available order, shipping, and tracking evidence.

We reserve the right to block customers who abuse chargeback systems.
