SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery times:

Taiwan: 3–7 business days  
Asia: 5–10 business days  
International: 5–12 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied by their country.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges incurred.

All orders include tracking information once shipped.

 PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Some items on our store may be offered as pre-order items. This means the item is currently in production or awaiting restock and will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.

Pre-order shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production, logistics, or customs delays.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may be shipped once all items are ready.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated timeframe.

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once processing or production has started.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs processing delays.
